Our only profit comes from the fee we charge to the customer for our time and expertise. We do not accept money from dealerships. It is important that we work solely for the customer in order to eliminate any conflict of interest and get the best deal possible for the customer.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Dealer Reports®

Because knowledge is power and our Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Dealer Reports® give you information Dealers don’t want you to know. The dealership has no reason to offer you or tell you the best price. Our Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Dealer Reports® tell you exactly what you should be paying and how much car dealers try to make on you — saving you countless hours at the dealership and thousands of dollars.

For example: If your report says your lease payment should be $275 per month and the dealer tells you the best he can do is $390 per month then you should move on to the next dealer! That’s a difference of $115 per month and over a 36 month lease you will overpay by $4,140. Quotes like this happen all the time but new car buyers aren’t aware of it because they don’t know what the lowest price they can expect is…Now you have the upper hand!

If you are leasing:
You’ll get the exact M.S.R.P. (the price we expect the dealer to try to sell you the car for), specific incentives you qualify for which dealers usually keep as added profit, the exact residual value and money factor issued from the bank for the month you request the quote so the dealer can’t mark them up for added profit, exact sales tax you should pay, exact monthly payment amount to the penny, the published Bank Fee so the dealer can’t mark it up for added profit, and DMV fees. If you financing or paying cash:

The price you receive from the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Dealer Report® service is what we would get if you used the Hire the Expert service. Sometimes we are able to get that price from the 1st or 2nd dealership we shop and other times it takes shopping 40 or more dealerships. Your results will depend on your comfort and skills at negotiation and the time you invest in shopping multiple dealers.
